• a prepaid return label

You will use the kit to take your impressions at home.

After completing your impressions:
• Take clear photos of your impressions
• Email them to [email protected] for approval
• Place everything back in the box
• Mail it back using the prepaid label

Once your impressions are approved and received, your custom fashion retainers will be made.

Your final delivery will include:

• A toothbrush
